I was about to buy a laptop,the label said i7, 8gb ram. I asked to boot it up and check and it was a Intel celeron with 2gb ram. They need to fix their labelling, no idea how they could mess up like this much. Customer service was good.

Will never ever buy anything there again bought a brandy new amplifier and speakers model Dixon on the 18th dec n we tested them on the 25th December 2020 and the amplifier was not working we took it back on the 27thdec and they refused to give us our money back instead they said they are going to send the amplifier to their technicians and we collected it today monday the 18th jan and the amplifier is still not working the stuff were very rude and l just want to return their stuff so they can give us our money R3000 is a lot of money what l dont understand is why a brand new amplifier being sent to technicians something that hasnt been used lm disappointed with them ☹ hope l will see the manager when l take the stuff back

Pricing is key.... and they dont have the key. On most of their 2nd hand goods, the prices are so close to new prices, that I could not justify buying the used item. Just got it new. Just goes to show, when you have the wrong person doing the pricing, it can screw up the store.

I drove all the way from fish hoek to this place, i was there at 17:21 , the lady at the store before even I get in, she said they are closing at 18:00, i must come another day, i feel sorry for the owner. The staff hasing customer before the closing time.

What you would expect from a cash crusaders. This one is relatively small and cramped though. They sell new and second hand good at fair prices. Staff try their best to be helpful

Helpful staff and a nice variety of goods on sale.

From all the cash crusaders, they probably have the least amount of good stuff..and they dont reduce their prices on items that have been there for weeks..they should read the dictionary on what a thrift shop should be about.

The website says closing at 18h00, however I stay 2min away and today they were closed when I got there @ 17h18 . I bought a game for my Xbox 1 and it after 3 hours of trying to install the game it doesn’t play wanted to take it back and find out what was wrong but couldn’t coz the shop was closed, not impressed at all and the owner should b aware of what the staff are doing when you have a set time to close but close earlier.....

The store has very high priced 2nd hand goods

On Google it says they close at 6pm and arrived there at 5:30pm to sell something. They just said the purchase side closes at 5pm and the rest of the shop at 6pm. I wasted petrol not knowing this info and the staff didnt even have the decency to apologise about it.
