Excellent craftsmanship! The best antique furniture restorer I have used.Hugh restored a +100 year Elizabethean settee plus 2 arm chairs to former glory. He provided excellent advice throughout the restoration process.Post restoration the original wood looks absolutely stunning. I cannot thank Hugh enough for the care he has taken and advice he has given. Worth waiting for the finished product and the price was entirely reasonable given size of project.

I had an old spoornet bench restored by Hugh. He really took his time in understanding what we wanted and the end result was amazing. He captured what we wanted and the workmanship was excellent!! I would highly recommend

Hugh came to our house to assemble a walnut armoire - very big and with quite a few quirks. He did it perfectly and, while he was there also fixed up our walnut chest of drawers that had a few chinks. He did it beautifully and the doors of the armoire now close - for the first time - without catching. Thanks!
