Im not one to leave a bad review. But I feel I should warn other dog owners, and hopefully have this Parlour change their ways.How would you feel if you walk out of a hairdresser with a shaved head, after asking them just to trim your edges?We understand mistakes happen. And we were reimbursed. But after your dogs beautiful coat of hair is completely shaved off, after specifically asking for a sanitary cut. I feel this is not acceptable!Especially since a closer inspection of our dogs coat showed that he has been nipped and injured while being cut!This business use to give amazing service, but lately they have just been focusing on getting as many dogs in and out of their doors.They have no system to effectively address each customers requirements. The guy working at reception doesnt note your requests and just keeps on telling everyone how busy they are.If you are too busy to deliver a professional service, either cap the amount of dogs you take in, or expect many more unhappy customers!Yes, in a few months time, our doggie will be back to normal, but by implementing a more effective system, hopefully other dog owners wont have to experience the same let down.Melandri, you are famous in the area for how well you handle Yorkies. But Im sure this isnt the first time this has happened. And if something doesnt change I fear youll be getting a lot more unhappy customers.Id be more than happy to pay double, if I know my dog is handled with care and propper attention! But Im afraid youve lost a customer today.

The best doggy parlour in Cape Town. The owner is young and vibrant. Her love for her clients ( dogs) are touchable. I live in Gordonsbay but still take my Biewer Yorkie to her in De Bron centre near Cape Gate.

Warm, joyful greeting when walking in. Awesome friendly service and most importantly my Bulldog came out happy, clean and smelling great.Not to forget the surprise of a sash and bow!10/10
