Firstly when the alarm was installed our Fibre line was cut and we were left without internet and working from home. It was resolved the same day by at 5pm.Then our keys were recently stolen along with the remote control and Ive had to follow up numerous times, and yesterdayI was told sorry the whole department is on lunchand that I must call back again. Turnaround time for this is now 2weeks. And Im told I never submitted PoP when they replied stating it was received. Not very satisfied, will be looking at alternatives, as weve only been with the company for 3 months so far not a great experience to say the least! Not recommend at all.

Titanium assisted my mom after she was robbed and stabbed last week (13 August 2021). The medics saved her life. Im for ever grateful.
