My experience was incredible as I suffer from anxiety, obesity and use a crutch due to having a stroke. I was very anxious before but I immediately felt at ease with the friendly welcome and help from all. I was treated with respect and kindness. They were very helpful and friendly. I have the utmost respect for all and can only say thank you to them, especially to Wayne Philander. It is a pity I dont know the other ladies names. The whole process went smoothly and quick.

Quick and easy, parked in the wrong spot but not too far to walk and well sign posted. Efficient friendly and helpful staff and a well operating ticket system kept everything flowing quickly and smoothly so I was in and out within an hour as a walk in. Ive never had to have a covid vaccination before, but for a first time and after the welcoming and friendly (Im sure smiling under the mask) service, I want to and would do it again!Efficient set up, Ive waited longer in pharmacy queues. The staff made the very quick process rather comfortable.

I went into the centre today for my J&J vaccine. Well organised, efficient and a clean facility - lots of parking space too. The booths are colourful so makes the warehouse feel very inviting & fun - great for those who are anxious. Staff were friendly from the car park to the post vax waiting area. A special shout to Carla & Ricardo. I highly recommend this place. Well done!

The post vaccination observation was longer than the actual wait before receiving it. Also,we were offered the choice between J&J and Pfizer which was great. Staff were friendly and efficient. Overall great experience 😊

Finding out about your site, and managing to finally get my vaccination, felt like winning the lotto! To start off, there were no lines! The entire process was super quick, it took me less than 25 minutes! The staff were friendly and engaging, and made me feel at ease. After experiencing much frustration over the past 2 weeks of trying to find a place that does walk-ins, I was super happy to have finally received my vaccination at your site. I was beyond impressed! Thank you for a very positive experience.

I had my first jab on 09/09/2021. Super Fast. From the moment I got my number to the time I was sitting in the recovery area was literally 2 minutes. The ladies were efficient and super friendly. They had lovely upbeat music playing. Definitely the place to go for vaccination

From arriving in the parking area, through the entire process, was an absolutely pleasant experience. The staff were excellent in making one feel welcome. They were extremely well prepared and everything went smoothly. We were in and out in 30 minutes. (Including the 15 minutes observation afterward). I would like to commend all the staff for a job well done on the running of the Pinelands Vaccination Facility. The process was real easy it took us exactly an hour from the time of our arrival with all staff members being exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was a painless and effortless experience. The staff were all incredibly friendly. The nurse made me feel super welcome. I wasn’t cold as there were heaters. I felt safe as everyone had their masks on at all times. Hand sanitiser was provided as you enter and exit. They also play music. It created such a calming atmosphere. It is probably the best place to get vaccinated.

I went to get the first dose of my vaccine today and had the most brilliant experience at this vaccine site! I waited less than a minute to get my vaccine and then spent 15 minutes in the observation area - 20 minutes in and out!! All the staff were so friendly and supportive and the service was impeccable - I could not recommend it more.

Absolutely amazing and efficient service. From the parking to the info to the jab. Very organised. I was done in 5 minutes. They take walk ins and have around 20 booths, so I highly doubt you’d wait long even if there was a long queue outside. Booth 10 - you guys were great 😊

Excellent service. Super quick and efficient and all staff were super friendly and helpful. I managed to get the J&J without an appointment. No waiting time at all, other than the 15min observation period after being jabbed.My only concern is that they don’t really give or tell you any extra info without being asked or prompted. For example, nobody told me that I shouldn’t do heavy exercise the next few days or (more importantly) that being fully vaccinated does not mean that I can still get and transmit Covid-19 and that I still need to continue practicing the normal safety measures. Most people don’t know these things so making sure this information is shared and emphasised could go a long way to helping people behave appropriately once vaccinated.

Very efficient and friendly service. Got here at 9:40 and was complete with the process by 10am. Do not regret driving all this way. I am helping the rest of South Africa stay safe by taking my Jab. WOW! WOW! WOW!What an efficient well run facility. The team were so caring, approachable and friendly. This facility functions like a well oiled machine. This is only made possible by the people running the facility from the ushers to the vaccinators. Special mention to Mr Mentor who really made everyone understand that what they doing is the right thing and that we all in this together. They even assisted the unregistered to register and get the jab. They could so easily have turned them away. These people displayed a true picture of the passion they have for their jobs and their willingness to make a difference in society.I wish they can teach some other departments about passion for jobs. Starting with Department of Home Affairs and the call centre staff at the COCT.Kudos to EMS Team. 🙏

Recieved covid vaccination here and the service was super helpful and efficient. Ques were long but moved quite quickly. Lots of staff on hand to answer questions and explain things. Tea and coffee available after the shot for those who wanted it. The staff working under such pressure should be commended for their good nature and keeping calm and professional.Some almost vintage ambulances/rescue vehicles parked there which were real interesting to see.
