Yesterday I had to have some emergency repairs done in preparation for the coming rain, and because of the work that I do, Im always pressed for time - so I needed the work done then and there. The awesome guys at Wrench Monkey literally stopped what they were doing, understanding my situation, and got to work on it right away. They did a phenomenal job of fixing my baby up in no time and were super helpful, kind and efficient. The Maam of the establishment was also super thoughtful and sweet too :) Thanks guys! Honestly not sure how theyre still in business. They dont know anything about bikes, and the guy with the man bun/pony tail is an absolute knob.

İ had the worst experience in 25 years of bike riding.. 1st they claimed that they know how to fix Harley Davidson that had absolutely no knowledge.2nd. They charged for the nonsense diagnostic.3rd. They were the rudest people i have ever dealt with. Especially that old lady..DO NOT EVER send your bike there. İt is a total rip-off.

Im with Wrench Monkey since a few years and I can highly recommend them. The communication with them is excellent, I always get updated promptly about the status of my bike and I never had to wait more than 2 days for my bike to get fixed up. I can go there to get small things done, like e.g. tightening the chain and I wouldnt get charged for it. Two big thumbs up!

Took my bike in for a service and fix got it back with no licence, took it and went for a ride found out it was still leaking fuel took it back, with a hanging back light they used 2 way tape to put it o together excuse was that repairs was not on the job card, left the bike collected the following day understandably they couldnt fix the fuel leak.. Road it home only to break down cause of a blown fuze after they repaired back indicater and back light... I will not use them again... Feel ripped off

Had some issues with my Harley which I just couldnt figure out. Popped into Wrench Monkey and they pin pointed the problem in 5 min. Couldnt be happier to have my baby in peak riding condition again. Thanks guys!! Have me smiling from ear to ear😁

Poor service! Front brakes not adjusted! Bike was still squeaking after I asked them to pls check to alleviate this.On calling for a service price I was quoted excluding Labour - so was in for quite a bit of a surprise when I received the invoice! Shall not return ever!Reply to WM.Pity there was no recording to prove I was never called re brakes etc. I am not stupid to not have it attended to.However the cost of the invoice was R2449.50 (less R500 for collection & delivery) ie R1949.50? Less R950 = R999.50 for labour?I rest my case! Without Integrity & dishonesty is not a way to run a business!

Not impressed with the service. Bought a bike from them and have had to take it back to them over 5 times. Sure the prices are reasonable but it talks to bad workmanship or dishonest initial sale when it breaks down every month(I have the slips to prove). Lesson to be learnt dont buy a bike without a guarantee or warranty from these people... and no I am not a fake account but thanks

Best place for bike services and there is a pick up and drop off delivery system.You get your bike back cleaner than when it went in. Knowledgeable staff and great service with easy access in the main road.

No stars from me, contacted them to fix my bike, which they confidently agreed to have a look at, so brought the bike in, day 1 no answer, day 2 no answer, day 3 no answer, day 4 called again and was told bike cannot be fixed by them and i need to collect it, they can put it back together but i will be charged so in the end i collect my bike a week later as is with fairings off and airbox disconnected and a little packet of screws. Not the experience i was hoping for unfortunately

Felt stung when asked to pay R45 for aftermarket taillight bulb replacement. Later found same bulb at builders in a pack of 2 for R20 bucks. Can accept an additonal cost for stocking, but feeling ripped off

Over quoted on all the jobs, got half the time quoted at other trust worthy mechanics around CT, dont like how they do business. Try to suck your money dry. Also worked on my bike in the shop to find out the mechanics there were racist too.

Sold my bike through them. Then I left my jacket with them to sell and 6 months later when I went back in to ask if it was sold they denied ever receiving it. I cant prove it, because I trusted them enough not to bother about getting a receipt.

A flat tyre cost me twice as much as with another workshop in central CT - the instance that it happened just outside their workshop was exploited to the fullest.

Had to sell my kidneys to pay for the labour here

I own a Buell 1125r and I took a chance in contacting Wrench Monkey if they would be willing to perform a full service, including tackling the labour intensive valve clearance maintainance procedure. Denise responded promptly and positively, and I booked the bike in. The staff, and most notably Ikraam, were absolute professionals in the way they carried out the work, including keeping me in the loop as the service progressed. Well done to you all and you are highly recommended.
