Outsurance Claim done by Glasfit Strand. After the door was fitted I had to isolate for Covid and spend the time with my son in Camps Bay - I had a bad spell and as I stay alone could only use the door much later. I noticed the cement mixture was falling out and I battled to open the door.Contacted the Strand number. Glasfit Brackenfell send this very compeyent gentleman who was shocked at the quality of work done by Strand Gladfit. He had to redo the full job done by the three people Strand send out. I nebrr received an document I had to sign.Please reward this employee from your company, a refined gentleman, competent redoing the bad worknanship and to be proud of what he had a achieved. He still had two calls after working here in Rooiels.

We phoned 15h00 for enquiry on a Friday afternoon and within 20 minutes they arrives at my house to took measurement. They came back and job was perfectly done by 16h30. Welldone Mark Williams and Igshaan Arifdien!
