On Thursday and Friday last week Allan and his team from Ayres Aluminium installed aluminium windows and a set of stackable doors at my home. From the time they arrived until they time they finished up on Friday they were incredibly professional, efficient, and neat and tidy as they worked. All of the windows and the doors were installed on Thursday with Friday dedicated to sealing the windows and replacing plaster that was damaged during the removal process. I honestly cannot recommend Allan enough – from the first time we met (getting a quote) through to the end of the project (removal of old windows and doors from the site) he was thoroughly helpful, informative, professional, and thought through things carefully to ensure the new installations would work as desired (e.g., the stackable doors). Ayres Aluminium totally gets 5/5 from us, and we would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you so very much, Allan!

Excellent work at a competitive rate.On time everytime

Our relationship with Ayres Aluminium goes a long way.They first started on our two flats in Table View after which we used Allan for our entire home. We then bought a house in Grabouw and Ayres did most of the aluminium work there.It was on this job where the problems started. Door locks not locking properly, window frames loose and/or not siliconed, the site left in a pigsty and damage to pot plant. We anyway gave Allan another job (by now spending over to R100K with him) , he was to install a pivot door and stack away doors on the balcony, it then came to light that one of the window frames on a previous job was loose...there was a lot of finger pointing btw himself and the contractor HE had outsourced a job too leaving ME the client to mediate btw them. Allan took the easy way out and decided to rather walk away from the new job as well as the repairs he still owed us. The deposit was promptly refunded with no commitment to repair snags from the previous job.Im deeply disappointed :(
