Had some issues not long after installing stacker doors just more than two years ago and response was quite good. Had more issues a few months later and response was considerably slower, but eventually attended to. Had some more issues mid last year and was promised a team will attend as soon as available. After hearing nothing for a few weeks, I called again and same promise was made but to no avail. Called them in Dec and the person attending to these issues was not available so they promised to give him the message to call back, nothing again. Therefor called the owner and left message to call me back but no response. Suppose we now have live with the defects.

Weve used AGA twice now. Both times the service was great, the team on site were clean, quick and very professional. Their pricing is fair and product world class. Our stacking doors are amazing, and have completely changed our living space.
