Service here is horrible ! did some digging to find out that the women who works there at the cashier till ( short, blonde highlights, grumpy face) is often rude to customers yet she doesnt get fired ! deliveries dont arrive, incorrect information about products are just a few of the things ive heard about this shop and the women who works there. i dont reccomend anyone get help from them. she has a snappy, rude attitude when customers are asking for information about particular products.

Its unfortunate the manager at this lovely store is so unpleasant and rude. Not the vibration you want in a healing space. Be kind, it may brighten up your day.

Unfortunately I called and spoke to a lady there about ordering some products from an existing supplier their stocked products from. She told me to email them and they would order the products the same day and it would be delivered by the following day. I emailed over the past 2 days and no response, so Ill order from another online shop .
