Aircon did not work, car stank and was really dirty. Car weaving all over the road and was definitely not roadworthy.Shocking that they are allowed to operate!

Excellent service, always on time getting you to your destination on time. Highly recommended.After the above review i unfortunately have to take away a star, called well in advance but driver was still late, making kids late for school.

Taxi 2 - WP is an a accident waiting to happen. Drives less considerate than minibus taxis.

Horrible service. Our group used them for all of our transportation to and from our place of work during our stay in Cape Town. They were over half an hour late to scheduled pickups multiple times. We were extremely late to important meetings because of this, and never got so much as an apology. They also were over an hour late getting us from our workplace one day. Completely ridiculous!

We booked a taxi on line to meet us at the train station. They kept in touch and waited for our arrival. Which normal taxi in Australia wouldnt like to do.We was given a quote of R50 We was charged R80When I ask for a quote i like the price charged that we are quoted, which is a shame because there was a difference in charge quoted compared to the price the driver wanted charge.However we still gave a tip.Would i use this service again... Absolutely.... reliable and safe.

Very poor show. Despite having paid R380 in advance for our transfer from the airport to the waterfront area the taxi didnt even show up. We had to wait 40 mins for another one and that only happened due to a diligent young man who I think worked for Centurion.

I hailed this taxi outside the City Hall because my phone had died and no chance to get Uber home from the concert. Julius was polite and drove well and I was happy to get home to Claremont. But then he wanted R280 when I know the price from town is R125 maximum (I had just taken an Uber in). I knocked him down to R250 but felt it was daylight robbery. I would not take these taxis as they operate without a meter.

There is a kid working there today that just made me wait 30min.. kept putting phone down in my ear.. wasted 50 airtime told me that there is no management and will do what he wants.. I do not recommend this cab to anyone

I am extremely grateful to them. I stupidly left my passport on the mini bus, and the second day after I call them, they drop my passport at the hotel for free.Also my driver is really friendly, he sees passages safely enter the door, and try to introduce me the Cape town.

I am very disappointed with this company. I forgot my back pack with 3.000 euro in cash inside the taxi.5 minutes after the taxi driver called Rela dropped me of I noticed I forgot my bag inside the car. I immediately called the central to inform about my issue and I was told that he would come back in 5 minutes... after waiting and calling permanently for 4 hours I was toled that the taxi driver does not have time and that I should go to the airport on the next day and pick up my bag without any problem. The next day I went to the airport and the office was shut. I phoned again once I realized nobody was there and then I was told to come back the next day... I started to suspect that I would not see my bag any more. Thats why I decided to search for the big central in the city. I found it in middle of the ghetto and I could recover my bag... but all the money was missing and nobody knew what had happened with it! I would not recommend this shuttle service to anybody as everybody from the company was making everything possible that I dont find my backpack. As I say, at least I found my bag hidden under a lot of trash in the compass central but everything that was inside was stolen by the taxi driver and the other employees.

My hockey team went on tour to Cape town last week, we waited more than an hour for the shuttle to arrive, as the first one was too small for the whole team with luggage and equipment, then got told that the bigger shuttle was not road worthy, so we had to make use of a shuttle bus that was too small. The team manager did confirm the booking beforehand and also stated a bigger bus will be needed. On the way back the shuttle was 20min late, ending up with a 30min delay of our schedule, causing stress for members that had early flights back to Jhb. The manager struggled for more than 10min to get hold of somebody at the call center to hear if the shuttle is on its way, and was answered with a care free answer and could not be concerned with our problem. This booking was also confirmed beforehand, also stating that a bigger shuttle is needed, which again was ignored

After shopping at the waterfront, at 22:00, I decided to call a cab, they said they would be there in 10 minutes.... 40 minutes later, of he is around the corner (you can drive from Stellenbosch to the Waterfront in 40 min, so where the bloody hell was he coming from ?) I gave up and took and UBER, so, of you are thinking of taking a cab, and its cold, and late, do yourselves a favour and get yourself an UBER

Long waiting time

After using Sports Taxi on a daily basis for a business, I experienced problems daily. When waiting over an hour for a taxi within the city bowl, the manager yells at me then, puts the phone down . I tried to call back and again the manager put the phone down. The service is absolutely shocking, I will never use Sports Taxi again and will never refer them to anyone I know. I havent even mentioned the service when inside the dirty vehicles!!!!!

Terrible service!!! Never on time, always late without a decent apology! And one driver, I didn’t catch his name , drove like a maniac. I wouldn’t recommend this cab service to anyone!

I was very impressed with the service and the vehicles and this was the best price I could find. They didnt charge for my two daughters (under 12) either.

The taxi arrived on time BUT I was overcharged!! The quote from Goodwood to Table View was R200.00 but I was charged R300.00 for a trip which only lasted 30min. I contacted the company and it was confirmed that the quote was for R200.00. So, the driver pocketed R100.00!! and I am still waiting for a callback from them and to see what is going to be done about it.

Horrific horrific experience. I thought I was going to die. The driver drove recklessly and was aggressive when I asked him to slow down at 150km per hour. I will never use this company again.

Tonight,after a long day at work I once again made use of this taxi service..I get picked up from the Sugar Hotel to my home in Woodstock..The driver (dont know his name) was rude...didnt know where he was going and wanted to charge me double I usually pay...he said its because I took the long way home but its the way I take every night with any given driver!!!!!Highly disgusted!!!!!And then they want to complain because Uber is taking over....wake up!!!!!
