Very convenient shuttle service. I use Citihopper regularly and their response is always prompt and their rates reasonable. Vehicles are new and clean, and drivers are always on timeSuggestions for easier service. For any amendments to the booking rather deal with the contact centre directly rather than the driver a. I suggest mailing requests directly as for a faster response rather than using the website dialogue function.Their cash payment option is very convenient.Citihopper ranks well and can be confidently recommended!

My partner and I had a delayed flight and landed in Cape Town at 11pm. Due to this delay, we couldnt get into contact with our accommodation host via WhatsApp because they were most likely sleeping. My partner and I randomly stumbled upon the Citi Hopper stall at the airport, not even noticing what service they provided (as we were both stressed and exhausted), and asked if we could use their phone to attempt to contact our accommodation host. The lady who spoke to us (I wish I knew her name) was super enthusiastic to help us with the calls, and attempted to contact our host about 10 times before asking what our alternative options for accommodation were. We said we didnt know, and stated we will attempt to get to our accommodation, and if we cant get in then well search for a hotel nearby. The lady offered the Citi Hopper service and stated the driver will help us look for an alternative accommodation if needed; she also provided a very reasonable flat rate - 200R which equates to around 20 AUD for the 30min car ride. We agreed to this offer. Our driver Seraj (I hope I spelt that correctly) was just the kindest human we could have possibly met. We got to our accommodation and couldnt get in, and so he spent a solid hour helping us find accommodation for the night. He was also incredibly reassuring with his calming but consistently enthusiastic nature, and never made us feel unsafe in the Cape Town city. Alas, we found a hotel at around 1am in the morning. Seraj helped us wheel in the luggage, and before we could give him a tip for his service that went above and beyond, he shook both our hands, wished us a lovely stay in Cape Town and quickly left. Without Seraj, we wouldnt have found accommodation for the night. 12/10 service!! :)

R50 more expensive than Uber to the city centre, but for the convenience, it is worth it.

If you are looking for a responsive shuttle transport company, Citi Hopper is not! It took 2 days to get a response to our reservation query.We had used Citi Hopper on many occasions in the past for airport transfers, but the final straw was, last time, having endured a long and tiring overseas flight and anxious to get home, the driver had to make a detour to fill the vehicle with petrol!Not good enough :(
