I just had an Autowatch alarm system fitted to my newly acquired run about I was initially impressed with the fact they could accommodate me on short notice but when I collected my vehicle after a call from them saying it was ready for collection I was disappointed at what I found.Being in the service industry it does not make me proud to write this review after settling my bill I went to my vehicle to leave, upon opening the door the lever for opening the bonnet was lying on the floor broken from its mount on the side kick panel, I informed the guy who informed the floor staff who all look bewildered.After a few moments with no one prepared to take responsibility, I left in a huff. Arriving home, I repaired the broken item and opened the bonnet, how and where they mounted the siren leaves a lot to be desired held on by I screw instead of the allowed 3 and in a location that will hamper service procedures.Wire cuttings was lying all over the floor the cabin sensor fell off when I touched it, dirty hand marks on the fenders. No quality control. In short I will never use Soundmatch Plumstaed and neither will I recommend them to anybody , such shody workmanship and laxed attitude of the staff is a recipe for disaster, so be warned about Sondmatch Plumstead. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Unfortunately there is no zero star rating.

Very professional run outlet and went out of their way to repair our alarm and remote controls. While I was there I was watching the installing of sound system that was carried out with pride from all . Well done. All the best in the future

What an absolute pleasure it was visiting the Plumstead branch.On Saturday 6 February I visited the Retreat branch which is closer to my residence. On arrival I spoke to a tall guy behind the desk and asked for assistance with my car alarm. He did not even leave the shop or his desk to inspect my vehicle, he simply looked at the remote and said its been discontinued, you need a new alarm. He also said it was too late in the morning to install and that I should come back 8:30 on a Saturday morning which i completely understood. He quoted me R1300 for a new alarm. I thanked the gentleman, left the store and said I will be back on Saturday.Today Monday 8 February I phoned the Plumstead branch simply for a second opinion. The very friendly gentlemen who answered the phoned, (already sounding very helpful and friendly) asked me why I not go to the Kenilworth branch as it is closer to where I work and I said no you already sound so friendly and helpful I will take a drive to Plumstead. On my arrival at Plumstead he, and another young gentleman in the shop inspected my vehicle opened the door panel and discovered it was simply the pump that needed to be replaced.Why did the guy bat the Retreat branch not do any effort? that is bad customer service.Plumstead keep up the good work. I am definitely having my pump replaced at your Plumstead branch and would recommend anyone to rather use your Plumstead branch. Friendly efficient, professional customer service with a smile. Well done guys. I just couldnt remember the guys name at Plumstead...I think its Buddy...Anyway see you soon. And a big THANK YOU one again.

Entry and exit to their workshop is a bit tricky as the business sits on the Main Road at the corner of a big intersection. The guys here are very knowledgeable and fixed my central locking and gave me good advice regarding a mechanical issue too. Was well within my budget. I definitely recommend them to anyone for car alarms, air con issues, car audio, LED lights, parking assist.

Very poor service. Will never recommend this branch!! I made an appointment and on the day they canceled and changed the date without prior notice.

Had my sunroof serviced here after rainwater destroyed my roof lining. They serviced my sunroof, no more screeching when it closes, and replaced my roof lining professionally and cleaned out the water channel. Interior looks like new, youd never say it was replaced. And the service I received from them is tops. And theyre priced verrry competitively, guy at an upholstery place was shocked at the price! I park in rain with a smile. Thanks guys 👍🏼

Took my wifes bmw x3 In for the roof lining, got it back the same day, a real shoddy job, glue fingers marks all over on the lining and parts of the sunroof missing, water leaked in all over the vehicle inside, when asked for the missing pieces they said they would get back to me, still waiting, will never go back or recommend them.

Its always an absolute pleasure to deal with Buddy and his team!! They bend over backwards to assist one, and will always do anything to assist and accommodate one when time is not on your side. They know their stuff when it comes to this line of work, and are extremely professional. Had my mothers central locking fixed a few months ago and had friendly efficient service. I returned a few months later when one of the locks started acting up and these guys fixed it immediately without charge. Really professional and trustworthy team.

The staff went out of their way to get me an electric window switch and then installed it free of charge! I will be back.

Technician capable of fine tuning an amp tried to tell me the component system I had installed would only correct the uncomfortable high treble from the new tweeters with an amp and system upgrade. I turned down the EQ on the head unit once I discovered the treble had been set to its highest setting. Seemed they were just trying to sell me more gear. Completely disgraceful and dishonest.

Didnt have the greatest experience there at all on my return. Ripped me off by charging me what they called a fault finding fee. No notices anywhere in the business that says youll be charged this if they check your vehicle but find nothing can be done. Be aware.

If you looking for ways to waste your time go to this branch, disgusting service.Save yourself the trouble and go to access park instead.
