Friendly, free coffee but not accomodating. Only hasty to charge me to change my breaks. Decided to check my air filter after the service to be sure, definitely shouldve been replaced, I replaced it myself. Considering i noted excessive fuel consumption, this shows no intention help.

So after having great service from a gentleman at Kelfords for buying a second hand car, the after sales are shocking. Things were said that was not true. After a month my car needed a cambelt service after I specifically asked when is it due and was Said not in a long time. It was also said its a pity the service is so far away otherwise they would have done it. After emails they finally said I can pay R4500 which is still alot having a car just over a month. Finding out the water filter is also gone. The stains reoccur again on the seats and doors. It was said they will clean it again. Never happend. I had to replace the wipers the first month because the first time I had to use them saw they complete worn. I asked if there are other options as this is not how I want to feel having a new car to me. Not only that after a month having the car back from the service I hear a banging sound. Take it back to Kelfords and to my surprise the engine was never fastened after the service. This putting my and my kids lives at danger. Yet again asking for a other car because I dont know what else can be wrong driving a round with a loose engine. A week after getting the car back again the sunglasses holder just pops open, never using it myself and its broken. Were they hiding it from me. So after about 5 months with no replacement car and problem after problem I dont know what else to do anymore. Worst service ever!

Good and friendly service but find the accessibility from the road really awkward with only one way in, and too many cars parked in the Ford parking lot.Making a one way through road would solve reversing into busy traffic to get out of their space.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!!I would like to commend you on your amazing staff at Kelford’s. I took my vehicle for service on Thursday. From the time I drove in to the service department, I was greeted by 3 staff members as I exited my vehicle. I was then directed to Sonja in Service reception, where I was welcomed to Kelford’s and where she listened attentively to all I said whilst noting it down. I was then offered a cup of coffee whilst I waited for a lift.During my time waiting for my lift I was approached 3 times by staff members to see if I was ok and one even offered to take me to work, however I chose to finish my coffee first 😊 The salesperson, that gave me a lift back to work, name was Bertie if I recall correctly. Very friendly gentleman and he too spoke highly of the dealership and also gave me information regarding the vehicle we were driving at the time.In the afternoon I was fetched by a gentleman named Freddy, what a lovely, respectful and friendly gentleman he was. I kept him waiting for 15 minutes due to unforeseen circumstances, but he understood and showed no irritation to it and got me back safely to the dealership.All in all it was such a wonderful experience, the customer service portrayed by each and every staff member was above and beyond and I will definitely refer friends and family to Kelford’s. Thanks to Ashley for making buying my Ford ldv an absolute pleasure._I have tried now for a year for Ford to fix my radio. They was not interested. Nor were they willing to look at the cab noise. When I complained about the loadbed liner they told me to take it to the supplier myself. If I knew this service would be so bad I would have bought an Isuzu.

KELFORDS, Somerset West is tops!!! Some time ago we were told by a qualified mechanic (not from Kelfords) that our wheel bearings (all four) needed to be replaced. We booked our vehicle at KELFORDS, Somerset West Monday, 01 February 2021, and asked them to replace the two back wheel bearings. To our surprise the Lady from KELFORDS called and advised that they could find nothing wrong with the wheel bearings. When we picked up the car later the afternoon R0.00 was charged for the days work done. AMAZING and EXCELLENT service!!!! (They could have replaced and charged us and we would have been none the wiser). Well done Team!

First time that I visited the dealership. I must tell you that I am very impressed. The workshop opens at 7am. I was there at 6.50am. The staff was there to assist you to book the car in for the service. They offer coffee to me while I waited. They even have someone to take you home if youre have no lift. Place was very clean and nicely fresh. I dont drive a ford ,but will not hesitate to buy one if you get great service like this

I stopped at Ford for some advise and help with my Ranger. I was heartly welcomed at the service centre by a friendly lady and was accompanied to the parts department to try and solve my query. This is where I met Johan. He really went out of his way to assist me. That is what going the extra mile means. Since I bought my second hand Ford Ranger 10 months ago this is the 3rd dealership I interacted with and definitely one I will refer to others. Well done Johan. There is not much traffic on the extra mile as not many people go there.

This dealership is by far the worst ford dealership I have ever dealt with. I have been a ford owner for 9 years and never had such shocking service in any other dealership. The list of problems I have with this branch would not even fit on one review there are that many . They misdiagnosis vehicle problems, they say they have checked things and they actually haven’t. I recently got told I had problems with my back brake drums but in fact it was actually my front brake pads. They were ready to charge me R3600.00 to fix something that wasn’t actually wrong. What are there service technicians doing if not servicing vehicles?? I feel like I just booked my car in for an 8 hour car wash. Unbelievable. Do not bother taking your vehicle here, they will not do a thing.

A family member of mine applied for a Ranger online, after couple days some one replied that they have been on a conference or something and would reply soonest. Well..... That was couple days ago. You know even if he was unsuccessful for some reason they could of at least let him know so that he an investigate. Do not think i will go there.

Over the last year I have received nothing but bad service from this dealership. Whenever you phone to speak to someone they are out and they never return calls as promised. The dealer principle has not been in on one occasion when i have asked to speak to him. Latest is them refusing to sell me the switch to switch of the passenger side airbag which to my amazement is not included in my 400k vehicle because its not a standard part. Rendering my vehicle useless as i can not transport my child in it.

Called them to get a part for my wifes car. Parts picked up the phone but without having answered it, they just kept the line open and I had to spend 8 minutes listening to them talking loudly in the background. Eventually someone decided to speak to me. Quoted me for the part and then told me they dont have it in stock. I asked them to order one on which they said I have to come in and pay a deposit first. Seriously!!!!! Bad bad bad service!!!

Very bad service. Was interested in buying a Ford and after doing the required research online i drove to my local Ford dealer, where none of the sales personnel that walked past me even greeted or offered assistance. Needless to say i ended up buying another car brand.

I have never in my life experienced such bad service. I took my car in for a service and it has come back worse. I have in the past also been charged for things that were not even looked at never mind fixed. It has been so shocking that I would never even buy another Ford vehicle. My vehicle went in for a cambelt service and had never made a noise. I literally drove it out of Kelfords and it started making noises. They are then quick to tell me that it is ironically my aircon (again it has NEVER made a noise before). In December I took my car in for the handbrake. I was charged for it and yet when I arrived home it was exactly the same, nothing had been done. Should have learnt my lesson the first time as they can clearly not be trusted.

Booked my car in for a service this morning at about 7:05, I needed a lift to work and the driver told me that I could only be dropped after 9:00. Would be great if I was alerted prior. 2 hours is a bit extreme to wait for a coutousey lift to have people coming in long after you to be dropped first. I voiced my concern to the last at the service consultant at the (older white women, ddnt catch her name) reception counter and she just shrugged me off saying that yes thats normal but shell make a note of my concern. Probably ddnt do anything about it. I called a buddy and he was there in about 25 minutes. I work in Techno Park Stellenbosch and it took us 18 minutes to get back to work wow. Coffee was good though.
