Late for their appointment. Did not manage to fix the problem although the next electricians sorted out. Then on top of it, they insisted to charge the full fee.Not recommended.

Bad service, rocking up late then overcharging me. Wil not recommend. UnprofessionalFirstly, when I contacted you, you told me that you charge R500/hour. When you billed me, you billed me for R650/hour, and to top that it was excluding VAT ( which you failed to mention). Your reason for charging R650/hour instead of R500/hour, was because it was after hours rates - which you failed to mention. Not only did you not inform me of what your after hours rates were, you failed to mention when those hours start. After querying this, you said I should have just known - no, YOU are responsible to inform the client. Secondly, you originally charged us for 3 hours worth of work, and after querying this (after having to explain to you how we knew you could not have been here for 3 hours) you said you will check your times and get back to me. When you got back to me you said that you had worked for 1.5 hours - HALF of the time you originally billed us for.To address your comment about how long it took for you to arrive at my house after contacting you - if you only took 5 minutes to arrive after I contacted you, then I would have an even bigger reason to be outraged that you failed to mention that you will be charging me after hour rates and what those rates are, as that would mean that when I contacted you it would have already been after hours. #pleasegetyourfactsstraight

Tried their luck with overcharging us per hour rates. Dont properly inform you what their rates are. And they tried charging us double the amount of hours that they actually worked #getoutofhere*Response* No, you did not inform us, which you admitted to telephonically after we took you on about it - your response was well, you should have known - no, YOU are responsible to inform the client (you told us what your normal hours were, knowing that you would be working after hours - unless you temporarily forgot to read time??). Unfortunately my sense of smell has been a bit poor lately, so I was not able to smell out of thin air when your after hours started either (its not as though you were contacted at 21h00 the evening that its that obvious, you were contacted between 16h and 17h - it is YOUR responsibility to properly and honestly inform the client - or did they not teach you that at electrical school?). We expect you to work for the rates that YOU said you charge. #getyourfactsstraightP.S if anyone would like to listen to the recordings of the telephone conversations had between us discussing this matter to ensure that I am not talking nonsense, just let me know.

I immediately received feed back from Armand by phone. Punctuality is important to me. I could sit back and the problem was fixed. Same that you get another business that comes out for a small fix.
