Sent requests on various occassions for a quote on an air-conditioner, with the promise of sales consultant will contact me, but no one did. After 2 weeks, I requested a quote for installation of air-conditioner and there was a prompt response on it, but quite costly

Requested a quote from this company when my mother was diagnosed with cancer to keep her cool during summer. This was in 2017. Did not receive any feedback for 3 months. Had to phone their office. Finally someone came out to check the room etc as to which aircon should be supplied. 2 years later....NOBODY has gotten back to us, and my mother passed away in 2018. Will not do business with this company ever again. Up to today...almost the end of 2019....nothing.
