What a pleasure it is to deal with a company that is so professional and polite! The installation team and Daniel were always updating me on their progress and most impressive of all was how neat and tidy they worked. (No buggeration factors). This was a 3 day installation and a few glitches occured from my side, they sorted out every niggle at no extra expense. This is the GO TO company and an absolute pleasure to have them in my home.

Airworx provided a very competitive quote on 3 residential aircon units, and upgraded them to a more expensive option at no additional cost when the original units were delayed. They communicated well at all times, and did a great job with the installation - even going to the extent of re-hanging 2 picture frames that needed to be moved in one of the rooms. I was also impressed by how they took the time to ensure that everything was neat and tidy before they left. I would definitely use them again and am happy to recommend them. Well done

Terrific experience from enquiry to installation. Response to an enquiry for a quote was very quick and gentlemen who came to install were on time, polite, friendly and very efficient. They came fully equipped with all the necessary fittings and tools - not like most other companies who need to use my stuff/tools and problem solving. I had to replace one air-conditioning unit, move one unit and install a new unit. David (the owner) was very professional. He met me few time, explained and was very happy to give me options and work with me. I had some special requests that ALL other suppliers found impossible while David simply found a way to make them happen. His installation team was professional, polite, responsible and overall one of the best I have experienced in South Africa. Overall, from the start to the end of the process the company did all they can do and more to make me happy. They suggested a product for my needs and using the product now we experience the quality of the product and also the openess of David suggesting this product. I needed the inside unit of my air conditioner replaced and contacted several places. My experience ranged from no answer, there is no one in the office that can assist you, we will phone you back, you cannot only replace the inside unit and one company said that they will send me a quote which I am still waiting for.David answered his phone, said that it is possible and send me the quote the next day. The guys that came to install were very pleasant, their workmanship was absolutely flawless and they cleaned any mess that they had made.Save yourself time and frustration and do not bother to contact several places

Bad treatment by the owner of the company. He hung up on me while we were busy discussing the product I called to enquire about. Does not speak to customers with respect and dignity (human dignity) perhaps there is a sort of qualification one has to possess in order to be accepted to do business with him
