I have been trying to get in touch with them for a while, to no avail. they dont even have the courtesy to answer e-mails, of which I sent three in the last few days. I cannot understand what happened, as last year they were fabulous. they either went out of business, without telling anyone, or they are just not interested in their customer. No manners, no service, no ethics as far as I am concerned. Get your house in order or change your name.

This company is eager to take your money but does not deliver goods. There is no way to get hold of them, phone just rings, emails dont get answered. Going to report this company as FRAUD

Ethical coop used to be good. Their website was maintained and kept up-to-date but now it is not. Over a month ago, there was an issue with my veggie box. I tried to contact Ethical Coop on every platform possible (email, telephone, Facebook and finally, Instagram). Their initial reason for not getting back to me was that they were at a workshop in India (in the meantime they deleted my polite comment on Insta, they never responded on the other platforms). A few weeks later again I commented to ask of they were back from India and if someone could finally help me but they never responded and deleted that comment too. It would seem that Ethical Coop is not so ethical after all.

Warning - Do not order from this website. They will not honour your order. Very disappointing.
