What incredible service from management staff at Calvinia Spar. My dad was transferred to Abraham Esau Hospital and needed something urgent. Based in Gauteng I was unable to assist. I called the Spat to see if they could help.The management team ran around to get me the item, I did a EFT transfer and they dropped it off at the Hospital for me. That is really going over and above service, Thank you to everyone who assisted.

Its a small, clean shop. Not a lot of variety. The staff were friendly.

We got everthing we needed. The shop was neat and had a good diversity of products. There is an ATM if you want to draw cash but the ATM is limited to only R600 withdrawal by a person per day.

If I could give them a ten star rating is would, the best coffee in had on our whole trip. YUMMMMM.

When you see a Spar, you know that you are going to receive well priced goods in a clean and neat environment. You cannot go wrong.

Very basic in sections such as fruits and vegetables and with limited supplies, but seen in light of the distance to larger cities and markets may be understandable. However, meat section can definitely improve.
