Their customer service is really not up to standard. They will always tell you that they will get back to you but they dont.
I feel like a burden to the consultants when I go to the store.About 2 weeks ago, I went this branch for an upgrade. After all the paper work was filled in, the consultant informed me that she was going to let me know whether there is stock and subsequently when the cellphone will be delivered. This never happened and I went back to the branch last week and yesterday because I had no idea as to what was happening. I feel like the consultant should have, as stated, informed me of the delay in the process.I have further had problems relating to a my portable modem for my studies, because the Sim-card was not registered properly, as I later found out at a different branch.My dad, on a separate occasion had to wait over 2 weeks for his cellphone during which time he was presented with many excuses.My overall experience has not been good.
