No hot water for two days. Electricity was always tripping. Never on for more than an hour. This lasted more than 3 days. Good clean place but really no hot water or electricity. Rather avoid!!!

Not great. No spoons - shower tap broken - chap at reception early in the morning not all that interested.Wont stay there again.

Clean, good security, good breakfast. Curtains were too thin for the bright lights outside.

Stayed for 3 days. Specious clean and neat rooms. Breakfast not as indicated on the displayed menu each day how ever theyre able to adjust if you request so. I suggest that waitresses write down the breakfast preferences because at times they either forget you or forget how you want your breakfast.Website indicate that theres WiFi, only to find out that the router coverage does not reach all the room.My only stress was with water at times there was water became cold while showering, then the other day theres no water. You report it but no one follows it up with you whether it sorted or not. You must just keep on as a nagging customer.

Beautiful guesthouse for a town like Butterworth. Lovely staff as well.

Most comfortable, offers value for money, has wonderful and helpful staff including luxurious spacious double en-suite units. In short, I had a wonderful time and Ill definitely recommend Top of the Hill.
