Worst ever experiance, honestly unparalleled:Its been an hour now waiting for my order, turns out they ran out of chips and had to make some while people waited, I got milkshakes so guess what, they are also out of milk, my feet are literally starting to burn from standing.They are terribly understaffed ergo they can never be able to function well & I honestly feel like the few staff they have is incredibly stressed so their attitude is also just appalling.The kitchen is in full view and we can see the same people handling various peoples cash then also going back to prepare our food with their bare hands without disinfecting first, I will honestly never eat food here myself, if I was buying for myself Id honestly just let them keep my money after seeing this, its disgusting.

Just order online its much easier that way

Service is very slow .

Bad service. My burger was supposed to have lettuce but dololo. My food took more than 15 mins. Bad bad nje😒

Very Bad Service... they take 5mins to attend to me whilist I was the only customer in the shop... miscommunications the lady looks at me only to come after 5mins blames another male staff for not coming coz she was cutting roles..Ordered Half Chicken. Told 10mins waiting time.. only to come back after 20mins and wait another 15mins nothing come up. 35mins waiting period..I cancelled and moved out. The worst Steers Service Ever😡😡😡😡

Terrible service, the staff have zero care whatsoever. I had to wait for 4 hours before my order arrived.
