I am extremely happy with the service I received this morning. My optometrist answered all my questions and concerns calmly and politely. He was very patient and do was the receptionist who did not get annoyed when I took time choosing a frame. I would definitely reccomend Spec Savers in Butterworth.

If there was a rating lower than 1 star Id give it that. Got there looking for assistance. Waited for over 30min with a lady telling me every 5min that they will get to me. Finally left to find an alternative optometrist in Butterworth.
