The arrogant reception I received from the white old lady at the reception. I was told to go out and look for a sit like everyone else outside of the reception area. Later when I was waiting for my car to be attended to, she brought back my car keys which she earlier requested and told me to go to a group of men (staff) who were seated in the sun watching me all that time and she told me to go ask one of them to attend to my exhaust. I regret even going there after driving from Elliot to Butterworth for almost 3 hrs hoping for some service, and some service I got. The gentleman instead told me to go fix my engine before he could attend to the leaking noisy exhaust. This one cannot be recommended by me. They are just shaming the brand
