Placed order online , payment completed 28 Sep 2021, 13:51 . 30 minutes still left hanging with no say.Since 14h05 supervisor told me he is coming with my order.Only if there was a zero, I will provide it

Not happy wanted to buy a bagger and was told they are still waiting for delivery, the chips we ate had no salt drinks were hot and then the wifi was not connecting

I am always told the toilets cant be used because the branch does not have water...my order was not accurate and I was not informed about the changes that they decided to make...poor service

Its is very clean and well kept. However, the service is very very slow, the staff is not welcoming at all and the food is appalling.I ordered a Crunch Burger meal, which is a personal favourite, and the burger had no cheese or sauce at all, it just had a tiny piece of the crunchy chicken in the center of the bun with way too much lettuce. This KFC has certainly ruined my love for Crunch burgers.Very dissapointed!

Just because I cant offer them a 0 stars,an undeserved 1 it is then..... After I accidentally spilled my crusher as I was collecting, the staff lady said that she cant give me another one as I was the one who spilled it... I couldnt believe my ears, I mean I bought well over R250...useless staff!!

Terrible service and hardly ever have buns for burgers, how difficult can it be to manage your bun orders. Will definitely not support this place again. Based on management of this shop it is crystal clear that the world renowned franchise has dropped its standards in SA. Will not support any KFC based on this experience.

Not the greatest KFC, it seems that management feels that if you put a KFC in a rural area the world wide standards dont apply. Tables arent cleaned, chicken is a lot oilier than usual and burger fillets are overcooked.
