Personally I think that the personnel working at the security gives the wrong impression of the company.The most unfriendly and unwilling to help that I have experienced on all the mines in the country. Fortunately the people working inside are much more friendly and helpful. Security, you are paid to do a job,if you dont want to do it in a friendly and helpful way resign and let the Mine get proper personnel to do it.
