Nice place, rooms were nice and clean. Didnt eat there, so cant say anything about the food. Think this is a great venue for weddings or partys.

Lapeng lodge is the most beautiful lodge around Sekhukhune district next to Burgers fort town and is got a restaurant, pool, overnight accommodations and game reserve. U can go and watch animals riding with 4*4 pick up. Theres a breakfast, lunch and dinner. Theres a parking for the car. Is good place to visit with you partner or your family

The employees are so friendly, dedicated, and the environment is cool in a nut shell s home away from home.

What a wonderful venue for a weekend wedding. The facilities are great and the staff are wonderful, especially the manager. The chapel is beautiful and makes for wonderful photos food was prepared well with breakfast being the favourite. Rooms are small, but aircon really helps with the hot weather. Wonderful thunderstorm ended the beautiful wedding weekend. Quiet beautiful and very affordable.

Lovely place awesome surroundings. The main road is in a very bad state. Pity! As for the rooms they are nicely decorated and well maintained. The surrounding scenery is breath taking. Lovely sized pool. The dinning room is cozy. The breakfast room is nicely setup. Staff is friendly. Would be coming back.

Beautiful place with good ambiance especially for a wedding. They also have a small chapel.The accommodation is also good but not fancy.Their menu is limited probably as many people dont go there just for lunch or dinner. Its mostly the people staying there. A well kept place

Excellent staff members and good food. The road leading to the lodge is bad and makes it difficult for one to consider visiting.

A bit expensive at the bar but the food is great. It is also very quiet and with the impalas and njalas roaming around your chalets lets you feel relaxed.

Good lodge though the connecting road is in a bad state.

An excellent experience at Lapeng Lodge. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and the decor was beautiful.Our stay was very relaxing. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We will definately come back here again.

Too much rules, its no holiday place. They only cater for people who want to sleep for the night, not if you want to relax because, the stafff is bad. Tv reception is bad and when you report something, they just throw it away, they dont even fix it

Lovely venue. Enjoyed the wedding we attended. Open sides thatch room church, pool bush trees clean open areas. Low and high end rooms. Make sure you know the room types. Food was good. Frindly owners very conciderate, friendly staff. Bar and stoep swimming and tanning. Many rooms. Most enjoyable.

A pleasant experience in summary. Staff were well trained, acommodating and friendly. I presume a variation of rooms are available with different levels of luxury. I had a less luxury room, which was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Food was good, especially the breakfast! Good Wifi.If possible, use the road coming from Lydenburg. The road coming from Steelpoorts side is extremely bad.

A beautiful space ...

Quiet location, price on the limit for the lodge. Service is very friendly, but everything takes a long time. Clean rooms and it is fantastic to see the animals, such as kudus, water buck, warthog (pumba). The animals run around between the houses.
