Im really disappointed by the lady who was putting petrol for me she didnt put back my petrol cap I had to realize when I get to stoffberg engine and just imagine Im driving a small car but I had to use R500 from burgersfort to stoffberg.

Worst engine garage ever Poor service day and night! I am a regular client i use engen garage weekly. Lately I always wait 15 to 20minutes to get help in the mornings around 5:40am-6am I go there to full up my tank before I go to work thet make me late because I have to wait for a petrol attendant to come and help and when your there at night the services is even worst they are always in the toilet or they are busy chatting to other people or on their phones. when you ask for the managers number they have an additute or when you ask them why is it that you have to wait so long when the garage is not busy I would understand if the garage is full like the end of the month but now you get tonight where theres no cars and when there is a second car that just came in the petrol attendant would first help them but would not help you that was first there and are already waiting for a long time and guess what this happens every time I get there they would help someone they know first and first have a nice long discussion and afterwards they would get on there phones and then come and assist you so dear Burgersfort Engin garage do youre selfs a favor and check your CCTV and see how many cars just drive off when waiting to long like me I did it 6times this month and I know a few other people who also drives off because your attendants take to long to help and are totally rude to their clients I prefer not to use you anymore

If youre a lover of poor, terrible and unfriendly service, then this is the place to have your car refueled. Its like going to a government department. The petrol attendants are lazy, they wait to see who will attend to you. When they do eventually get to you, they dont greet, dont say thank you, dont offer extra service (oil and water check, tyre pressure check, windscreen wash). You will have to wait another 10 minutes after filling up in order for the attendant to find a machine that actually works... well done SURGEON
