Thaba Moshate is such a beautiful hotel and casino, the colors inside are amazing, the atmosphere is awesome. The service is definitely top notch, I had nothing, not even a single little thing, to complain about. The food was also incredible. I loved it.

My Stay is very bad, the staff at the Restaurant are a nightmare. Yhoo, this is bad service at its best☹️🙆🏾‍♂️ Ordered food at 16:00 and 16:40 I come for collection only to get that its not even prepared. When you ask them its like you talking alone, they are arrogant etc😞😞Thanks Johannes for going out of your way to assist.

We had a horrible experience this past Saturday. It took more than an hour to get through the main gate, another hour of circling around the parking lot looking for parking. Some people standing around their cars with loud music banging through the night. We did not sleep a wink with noise around the corridor, people screaming, banging doors until the wee hours of the morning.

There was no hot water, my room was not properly prepared no remote for the aircorn, the phone in the room was not working I had to use my cell phone to raise all these problems. I asked for an extra blanket I was told they dont have any and its cold they said use the heater when I try there is no remote I just slept. When I check in there was a guest asking for the key for the track mill in the gym I heard the person at reception saying they dont know where it is. What kind of management this hotel has, I think the service at the guest house would have been better

The best place to be the spar is wonderful i truely enjoyed myself and relaxed my body and mind

I love this place but I am disappointed by the way bookings are handled at this hotel, poor admin skills. I booked on time but on arrival I was informed they are fully booked. what a poor and bad service I have received

The Food and Bev services were very very bad, Cashiers have very poor communicating skills, not a good experience for my first visit. The place in general is beautiful, very classy and the casino experience was on point.

Booked a presidential suite for 2600 and got a twin bed small room everybody trying to convince me its the suite .Cheating!! .Later on the excuse was no other room available but hotel is empty and then the excuse no twin beds in the suite.Why they could not explain and tell me they going to put me in a small room at the same price as a big room is still a mystery.After asking to speak to the manager I was denied contact with several excuses this is scam and I can smell it !!!

Cleaners dont clean the place thoroughly. The place is not so clean and you have to beg for the bedding to be changed.The food at the canteen is horrible.

Always spick and span. High-tech technology thermometer reader as you enter, instead of being screened without any practice of social distancing . I do think the prices at the bar are a bit too steep and we end up just gambling only and not getting any refreshments .

Service dropping with every stay. Overall lack of attention to the basic requirements of Customer service. Staff are disengaged, guests are not their priority, its a days workforce them no matter what level of service they offer. Sadly this is the only hotel available.

I was displeased with the restaurant service the menu so shallow no sea food like prawns served and most things which were on the menu like mushrooms, baked potatoes, baked sweet potatoes were not there.The waiter was not friendly you had to struggle to hear what she was saying and I would continously ask what did you say. She did not put our food nicely on the table, even spilled some fruit salad & never bothered to wipe it is even say sorry. She has to greatly improve on her customer service techniques.The restaurant has to greatly improve its service.

I took my partner out on the 29th of January 2021 because it was her birthday, the food was not up to standard and the staff was rude and didnt give us their attention. The plates were dirty I was so disgusted by the service in the restaurant.

The issue of maintaining all regulations from COVID-19, and machines shoul just continue fumigated now and then so that will fill save

I visited and slept over at Thaba Mosate on the 12 December 2020. This is a professional business located in Burgersfort in Limpopo. The Hotel is strategically located and it is the only hotel with the largest number of rooms in Sekhukhune 5/5.The Covid 19 station was unmanned and there was no sannitiser in the bottle at the reception Area 0/5.The hotel has a night club and a Casino.The food was delicious and the Restaurant followed the Covid restrictions. They dished for us and we used foam cups instead of glasses to drink juices 5/5 during our breakfast.Overall, the Hotel experience was great.

The Service we had last week Saturday at Thaba Moshate was not pleasing. We first ordered milkshakes , the lady who was serving us told us that she cannot make milkshakes and the person who can is not available and will be available at 3pm.We then ordered cocktails, she told us they don’t sell cocktails at the restaurant and told us we should move to the bar area even when we were ordering virgin cocktails.We moved to ordering strawberry cheese cake which took forever and was not presented nicely on the side plate, even spilled some strawberry syrup from the cake on that side plate and on peach slices & never bothered to wipe the side plate on the sides . We then moved to the bar for cocktails and ordered pina colada, the waiter brought pina colada with ice tasting like it came from the bottom of the fridge or was put together with meat, the ice were also not fully crushed for a pina colda, we had to just pay and leave without drinking up. The service from waiters spoiled our day.The waiters should improve on customer service and food presentation as well as improving on cocktail presentation because it was just plain juice glass.Thank you

Carpet not clean and hasntoonkuch dust ....serous vacuum cleaning required... would be ideal to have cups and glasses in rooms

Worst service ever at the front desk, their attitude is so annoying. The rooms are not clean especially the bathroom 😩. Did I mention that when in your room you hear everything that happens next door as if youre in the same room😡.

Chilled place to go to with family and friends to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very child friendly with awesome activities for children to do. My toddler absolutely loves this place.

Awesome place

I enjoyed my stay ,however they are two thorn tree on the main entrance that the birds built nests on and they pee always on the pavement ,one peed on my white shirt on departure and that makes the entrance not clean......I was mentally disturbed,,,,i hereby tequest two thorn trees to be removed from the entrance because guests might experience the same and the the hotel might loose customers

Very nice place just that some people dont smoke at designated smoking area and one other thing is that when people finished playing must remove their cards so that other people could have a chance to also play the slot machines because they have that tendency of leaving their cards on the slot machines.

The best place to be in Burgersfort fun and games, the especially the casino and restaurant areas are great.

Nice expensive lodge

I only visited the Casino area on my first visit. Plenty of secure parking in front of the hotel as well as exclusive parking available. I was warmly greeted and welcomed by staff, and issuing of my card took minutes. The casino area was quiet and clean, the waiters were on hand and quick and casino officials helped me enthusiastically and better than Im used to at other Casinos I frequent. Ill definitly return when I get the chance, to investigate the accomodation and hotel section with my wife.
