We have ordered alcapone and Mexicana monster pizzas 🍕 it was soo yummy!

Absolutely poor service. The individual responsible for signing us in was not at the door. When we finally got seated, the waiter left us at the table with menus and never returned for 20 minutes. We decided to walk out and found her by the front desk with her colleagues. She said they were sorting out thier shifts.

Overall experience was not bad, good service, pizza was not bad but was very expensive, the kiddies meal chicken nuggets and chips was very oily, not very healthy meal, nice playing area for children 1,2m and lower in height, one safety concern for the kiddies area is that it is not fully enclosed and someone might be able to take or interact with your child from the outside of the mall.

The service was very very bad. We waited for our order for more than 45 minutes and then found a piece of hair in our pizza. The waitresses were not very friendly and the manager and waitresses had their hair dangling over the food! Their hair was not tied to the back and what zealed me the most was seeing the manager picking up food from the kitchen and eating.. I was like, are those picked from peoples orders or what?... Their service sucks big time

Wow. With new management the place has really been turned around. Even with the small compliment of waiters the service is very good and waiters know their stuff. Managers come by the tables and kiddies area are visible from most seats in the house. The pizza and pasta are truly nice.

Problem mainly with Panaroties is the service.firstly you get into the resturent the tables are not well prepared and secondly you get a waiter who takes his or her time to Check up with your still fine or is there anything I would like to order again. Aaaiii Nooo this needs to change

The service is very slow, I dont know of I went on the bad day or what but the restaurant is empty but had to wait close to 30 minutes since the weitress welcomed me and gave me the menu, she just dropped the menu and left

The worst service Ive ever had at any restaurant. 1st drink order we waited for 10 minutes. 2nd order waiting over 20 minutes, waiting almost 2 hours for the food to arrive and then someone going to the kitchen to fetch it themselves and no one stopping them. Sorry to say but they will never see me again!
