Game burgersfort has the worst service!! Staff are all rude!! When you call they pretend they cant hear and cut the call. We had 3 separate incidents including them selling expired cold drinks and even after informing them they still sell expired groceries. Why should the staff care, as long as they getting paid, customer service is not important!! Way to go!!!Ill rather drive to nelspruit and shop in burgrsfort game!!

Poor poor poor telephone service, phone on the 10th July around 13h30 to make a query on washing machine.Wait on the line phone back leave my contact details with no joy.Last resort phone Games store manager and today 11th still waiting for responses Cant expect any better in todays South Africa.Very unsatisfied and disappointing.

Stocks of plenty out door furniture and camping appliances in addition to the usual supermarket groceries are available. Its impressing to notice a consideration of the high temperatures the adjacent communities are exposed to by selling wide variety of cooling appliances

At the door is no wet wipes to clean trollies.They do not conply to Covid 19The trollies must be cleaned.

The hyperstore is good for their standards but I think management needs to fix the air conditioning.

Have you ever tried calling Game stores by phone?They tell you to hold on , play music in your ear and then they drop the line after 15 minutes. You try again and same story. Terrible !

Aircon did not work. Did my best to get out of there as quickly as possible. People came in and some felt the heat and moved out without buying anything.

At pick n pay there was no trolleys, I had to go and search at the parking and found a shoprite trolley then another guy working for shoprite came and snatch it right in front of the pick n pay staffThen I had to go and search for another one

Staff at the swimming pool side was quite pleasant and was very helpful, the one concern was that the aircons werent working and when we wanted to buy chocolate they were all melted, previously I did have some issues with the electrical appliance section as they could not help me with a washing machine and tuble dryer, I eventually had to buy it in boksburg and had them transport it to Burgersfort branch free of charge.

The shop was very disorganized and not neat. The aircons were not working and all sweets and chocolates on shelves were melted to pulp. The staff was not helpful and forthcoming. It was one of the worst shopping experiences with Game.

The air conditioning system is out of order and have being like this for a very long time. It is not nice doing shopping at Game.

There are no trolleys to do shopping with. Asked the staff where to find a trolley and was ignored. As we were wanting to buy big ticket items it was impossible to carry it by hand. I ended up buying the items somewhere else. There were items that we wanted from the store that we could carry this also turned into a nightmare as it was end of the month and only two points of sale were open with the line backed up and it taken way too long to do business. Not a good experience at all.
