Decent rooms, professional and helpful staff and great service.

Lodge is very bad. Bed in room 2 very uncomfortable with 3 legs. Had book for few days, they never changed bedding or towels. They would fold used towel wet as they were for you to use them again.This is the worst lodge Ive ever book in!!!

Unfortunately we where not satisfied with service at all. For 2 nights our guys had to shower in cold water (no hot water), and even after complaining after the 1st time problem wasnt solved. Bedding was stained (yellowish). Staff had an attitude towards the guys because they worked late on the mine and we where over charged by paying R50.00 per hour for working late. Took cash from the guys and Invoiced us.

The restaurant was really good. The place fell horribly flat with dirty mens toilet with no hand soap / sanitizer. No where to dry hands either. No disposable towel . Restaurant staff were great and the food was well presented. Thank you.

This guest house is different, in that it brings the classic guest house feel back. You walk into a house double story house, and there are guest rooms, except that the owners dont reside in the house. That was totally unexpected for me. Everything else is whats youd expect to get. Its clean and well maintained. Theres no issues.

They try their best, however they should pay more attention on maintenance. Right now my bathroom light is dead. The other day the AC was leaking water.

This is a very nice guest lodge, especially compared to some of the others I have been in this and the surrounding area.I am impressed with there friendly staff and the modern and comfortable air-conditioned rooms.I would highly recommend this lodge to everyone to try and experience

Stayed overnight at Kusile before. Owners greet you by name in the parking area. Makes you feel special that they went to the trouble of familiarize the guest list and coming out to greet you

Really not enjoying my stay here this time around, the wifi signal is very poor in the rooms, you only get connected when u at the breakfast area. Their breakfast pack is the worst, especially for someone who is going to stay for more than a month. There is no food variety and they complain when you try to ask for the food u prefer.how an one have a bowl full of muslie and be expected to eat it with a small 100g yogurt, they made me feel like I was some child who had never seen food before, they belittle you. Uhgggg this was the worst stay for me,starting to dislike this place

Kusile is in a quiet area of Burgersfort. It takes a very few minutes, driving, to get to Tubatse mall. The rooms are ok though I didnt like the beds. Some rooms, when you look on the floor, the floor turns you off.I must say that when it comes to cooking theyll charm you. Great food, sophisticated presentation. Youll easily forget how small and limited their menu is. Theyre one of the few places that will serve you basmati rice.

I was there on 15/11/2018 looking to book for the coming weekend but the treatment there was horrible the was the staff was treated in front of me and the way i was treated was very unprofessional i have travelled alot and have seen alot of places, i wouldnt stay there the place.
