04/10/2021 Poor service delivery and the immigration officer and security office from the company Mafoko are targeting white people. They are racist. I tried to phone Bultfontein home affairs many days and time with no answer. When I eventially got in to the building after standing in the sun for 3 hours, I saw the phone is ringing and the person standing next to the phone doesnot pick it up. I hope the department of Home affairs South Africa does not tollerate such poor service delivery and take on the staff as i mentioned above!!

Drove to the office. Stood in the qeue. Could not be assisted due to no electricity

Very impressed with the service. Was there for an hour and got everything done. Definitely worth an hour drive from Bloemfontein.

Friendly staff unlike Bloemfontein office.Was in and out in a half an hour.

I went to apply for my ID and Passport. Only took about 2 hours 30min. Very surprised could collect within 2 weeks. Today collection only, had to wait 2 hours before any person came to the collections desk. The number system means nothing. You dont get any service. The one lady was chatting on the phone for 24 min and then went on lunch, not helping anybody. At one stage all counters un attended for about 15 minutes.

Probably the quickest service I had at any home affairs, but why is almost all the home affairs almost always offline?

Horrible waited 3 and half hours just to take a photo for a passport an additional 1 hour to pay. Staff are rude and are more often in the back then at their counter. And the worst was I was ticket 15

Day before the elections and home affairs staff have been working long hours but still all smiles and everyone so helpful. 2 ID applications and 4 passport renewals all done in less than an hour. Definitely worth driving from Bloem. Thank you

I had a very nice excperience there, the staff was very friendly and helpful except the person at the door, we came from Bloemfontein and we were there for about 30 min and then we were done.

Only 4 people working (technically 2 as the others disappear for breaks every 20min)and their computers keep breaking. Took 3 hours just to take photos/fingerprints and pay. 2 stars as the one guy did his job and kept running between counters to assist everyone.

I Had an appointment for 8:00 am, still waiting at 9:00am. Everybody gets help before me.

Ive phoned them from Bloemfontein this week to confirm office hours on Saturdays, but when we got there this morning they were closed. Waste of money and time.

No need to phone, cause no one ever answer......
