Love this clicks. Staff go beyond their call of duty to ensure customer care

I just wish they had a dispensary and had Jamaican black castor oil in stock but they’re pretty good!

Staff is absolutely lazy. They make excuses to rectify their own mistakes. I asked the cashier to use my Clicks points which was R130.oo and what he does is only puts through R1.30. My daughter was with me and she had to pay for an item but they refused to use my points. It is a disgrace to have stupid lazy arrogant people in your store serving customers. Withe the normal there is nothing we can do.

I had trouble trying to find the correct snackwhich maker. The staff were very friendly and allowed me to change my purchase just after I made the purchase, with no hassle at all.

This isnt a pharmacy. They need to specify it is not a pharmacy online (google maps) also on the outside.

Worst clicks staff ever, rude and useless bunch of beings. I returned an unused clicks branded water bottle which was of poor cheap quality, didnt have the receipt so I told the manager which date it was purchased, he found the receipt only to tell me that I cant return it even though he had the proof in his hand. So I left the water bottle with no exchange or cash refund. So clicks actually scored by crooking me out of 129.00.. . Also when I purchased the item the price was not on the shelf so I was told to go to the customer service till, the woman there was abrupt screaming for the supervisor at the back to come and assist. I waited 15 mins, no one came to assist so I went to the pay till had to pay for the product before knowing the price! Clicks douglasdale does not follow cpa act and should be investigated!! Disgusting

Note that this is not a Clicks pharmacy, just a regular Clicks. They have all the basics, never had any issues. The baby section is pretty good and they have a baby clothing and toy section as well.

No stock of anything I need

So I visited this clicks! 🤔 To my disappointment, there is no dispensery.i could not get the medication I need because, well, they stock up on soaps , toothpaste , cosmetics and stuff like that! The Mrs did not mind because she found the lipstick she was looking for🤷. Maybe they should not call it a pharmacy. How about just calling it a clicks cosmetics store.i was left wondering how many disappointed people visit that place every day. There should be a way letting people know before they travel ,that there is no pharmacist resident in that store .

I found the store to be a tiny disorganised and difficult to find specific items. Definitely not a store to attempt quick last minute shopping.

Wouldnt go as far as calling it Clicks Pharmacy, maybe just Clicks because they dont have a pharmaceutical division - they just have a limited OTC range with the bare basics (they dont have cough mixture for example).

Number one WORST Pharmacy in the history of the pharmaceutical industry. Out of 6 normal items i was looking for they only stocked one.No help or service.Also no dispensary

The website says open from 8:30am on a Saturday morning. This is incorrect leading to disappointment of customers and an inconvenience to those in a rush that google the open times before arriving.
