Received a very good armed response while I was a client

Jvr protection services personnel perform their duties very well my only concern is the time in which they respond. It takes around 10 minutes for the call to come from them asking if all is fine and than another 15 to 20 minutes for the armed response to reach the premises. They only have 1 vehicle for the entire suburb so I think they have bitten off more than they can chew especially since they have taken over national clientele as well. Its going to be a scary festive season

Your patrol vehicles drive like maniacs, no regard for road rules or other users of the road. SGT868GP nearly drove me and 4 kids off the after going around a circle the wrong way!! I though you are in the business of protecting people, not killing them.Thank you for getting back to me. There are two companies, GEW and GE Secure. They used to be one company but split. Probably for this very reason. I complained to the correct company telephonically, they were extremely rude. The innocent company got my details from them and phoned me to apologise on their behalf.
