Treated with disdain by staff,went there to request a transfer to Cullinans Refilwe Clinic,made to sit there with other patients the whole day when around 3 pm my name was called ultimately.I went inside,and we were told to sit on chairs inside.All of a sudden a lady with a mop appeared from nowhere else and instructed us to move outside as she was cleaning the floors.As there were some other matters to attend to ,I left ,on coming back I was castigated severely,and they refused to help me.To date I dont have my transfer and struggles to get help at Refilwe Clinic!! Sickening!!!!
