The shelter very clean, animals in a good condition, very friendly and helpful people that assisted us. I really recommend them to go and adopt your animals. There are 300 dogs in the shelter all taken care off. But in need of loving homes.

We have adopted many dogs from them in the last 12 years. Always professional and caring individuals woking there. Thank you for the awesome dogs we got from you all.

Used to love the place, but with my recent visit to the clinic i used their carry box and it got my cat sick due to the poor hygiene practices. Now all of my 4 cats at home are sick sneezing and coughing! I am not impressed at all, I will no longer recommend them. Dont know if its due to the new staff or what, but not going back!

Sadly I had to drop of my babies, but I sarched for the best place for them and I made the right choice choosing Wetnose. Most supportive, friendly and loving people.

Walking the dogs and giving the cats some love is such a nice day trip. They look after the animals very well. Kennels are clean and neat, cats have many cat trees and toys.

Wetnose Animal Rescue Centre Clinic ran an October Dental Cleaning special. This special allowed me to get my pups teeth fixed a lot sooner since it is extremely expensive to get a dogs teeth cleaned.Caren is such a friendly receptionist that makes you feel at ease knowing your fur baby is in good hands.Sister Kim and all the staff at Wetnose Clinic took such good care of my doggo. Definitely worth the drive. They did an amazing job of getting her teeth all nice and clean and removing any teeth that were causing her pain.I highly recommend Wetnose Animal Rescue Centre.

Friendly and helpful staff, with true love for animals. Very affordable! No appointment needed for consultations or emergencies, but remember consultations only start at 9am.

We are more cat than dog lovers, so we can only say something about the cat kennels. The cats available for adoption are relaxed and healthy. They have plenty of food and space as if they are in a five star cat hotel. The cat kennels are far away from most dogs, so it can be quiet and peaceful. It is a good place if you are interested in adopting a cat. Professionally run place. You can sponsor a kennel.You can go inside and brush the cats. A great experience for the entire family.

Very clean and neat facility that is put well together when I visited. Very friendly staff that can assist with your requirements. There is a pet shop at Wetnose to buy dog and cat food, leashes, food bowls and more. There is also a Vet clinic on the same premises should you require medical help for your pet. The adoption side ranges from dog, cat and even horse adoption I believe.

We adopted a puppy last weekend and they made sure our current dog and the puppy showed positive social behaviour before we adopted. Then poor puppy developed some diarhea during the week - they treated him for free and sent us home with some specialised supplements. It is clear they really care about their animals💙

Very clean and well laid out facilities. The animals are well looked after and the staff offer as much help as possible. The option to volunteer to walk dogs and donate is a great way to become involved.

Take a drive out of town, bring a bag of food. Meet the doggies! These guys believe in right to life - they need all the support they can get to look after mans best friends.

This is a great place they really do their best and more to help the animals. If you want to give a dog a chance to get out of his kennel you are welcome to take dogs for walks on the property and give them some love and fresh air and a good walk and who knows maybe you end up giving a new home to one of the animals just waiting for a loving and caring home.

Came to volunteer here, had so much fun walking the dogs and petting all the animals. Happy to see how well the animals are treated. Will continue to donate!

Kennels and other facilities are old but still looking good. The new kennels are an upgrade and will uplift the project once all is completedThey are always in need of help with not only financial but your time as wellGo spend a morning and walk a dog or feed a pony and see what this is really about

We adopted our little Chihuahua here and the people at Wetnose were friendly, accommodating and best of all; we can see that they truly have a passion for helping all animals.Weve also used the Vet at their clinic and they were all so extremely polite and helpful. Dr Wynand answered all our questions petiently and gave us advise on a personal level. We felt as if were being treated as people with a love for our dogs rather than just someone to just medicate the animal or follow certain processes that dont make sense or in order for the Vet to just make a quick buck. Believe me, there have been previous experiences with Vets where we have felt like that.We travel more than an hour to go to Wetnose for our various needs. Praise God for people in the world that do still truly care.

Congratulations to staff at the Wetnose Animal Sanctuary... the environment is clean, well kept and well run. The animals are in good condition and have safe, clean and well maintained temporary homes/cages. Please adopt from this Sanctuary and offer a furbabie a permanent home.

Provides a great, affordable and absolutely vital service for the community by looking after stray and mistreated animals. The professional veterinary personnel assists members of the public with advice, to medically treat animals and have them vaccinated at very affordable rates. Mistreated animals collected are not put to sleep, but instead are allowed to live out their lives at the Wetnose facility. A retail shop providing pet accessories are available on site as well.
