Useless, had to wait 20 minutes to buy feed, except I was the only customer. The best of all is that I had to load 10 x 50 kg bags on my own while the staff only stood by. Worst service I had at any Alzu branch.

All products are very good and service here is just superb.

They only carry the basic feed requirement. Not really a fully dedicated petshop more like a small agri depo. Sell lots of alzu own brand products. Very good overall assistants if the sales clerk cant help you she will order or advice you to go to other place in town. Sales clerks need more knowledge of products available in store.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have bought 60 eggs a week over the last two years. Since Alzus eggs became the supplier, quality has decreased significantly. Last week I found eggs whose tray was full of old egg yolk, 9 of the eggs were cracked and one egg had mashed up. I will never buy eggs again.

Few places that deliver such excellent service. Keep it up.
