Wonderful place. Excellent menu and the food is delicious and service excellent. . You can dine inside or on the huge deck overlooking the pond and under big beautiful trees. You dine in the bush surrounded by nature and they have live music. . Ample secure parking. Great place to get away from it all yet only 40km from Pretoria.

Been there several times before, they always allowed us to take in our own specific wine and paying a corkage fee. Last Sunday, all of a sudden the unfriendly manageress said they do not allow bringing own wine.🤔 No wonder there were such a small amount of people...

Beverages (coffee and hot choc) were horrible. Only had a starter and kids meal for my son. Both were very disappointing. Decided not to stay for mains....

Waited an 45minutes for our first drinks (2 drinks for a table of 6 drinks that was ordered) , then waited another 20 minutes for the other 4 drinks. When the drinks came we asked for the bill, after 30 minutes we were done waiting and we went to the till inside to get our bill and pay.

Really good food and a nice setting. I little hidden gem.The dirt road in is not great for cruisers and sport bikes due to the soft sand.Service was a bit slow, but then we werent in a rush.

Overall a nice experience, restaurant opens up to sweeping lawns and a small dam. Plenty of outdoor seating is available especially for these summer days.In general everything you would expect from an SA Pub.

This is the best place if you just want some quiet time. The food is delicious, my pork bangers, mash & peas were absolutely perfect & my husband really enjoyed your pork chop & chips, he definitely wants 2 chops next time!!! Will absolutely see us again!!
