My name is lulama Lukas and have had the worst experience of the post office since the covid-relief grant started,but the and a very friendly lady sinah assisted with me kindness and patience despite the fact that I was livid due to the bad service and maltreatment the other stuff have being giving to people,thank you Mme sinah for the stretch of hand you gave me,the star I rated is because of you

No one takes you seriously and laying a formal complaint doesnt help either. The staff is either on lunch or the system is offline. Laid a formal complaint against the stuff but still no feedback

Terrible service, no one to assist you with information or direction, the quing is non functional as no one knows who is next.Appalling condition of the building and facilitysHated every moment in there

Absolutely poor! Service is extremely slow and it looks as if the people are deliberately being as slow as they can. One person available to help clients. No amount of complaining seems to help because that is how little the government services care about providing their service. I HATE coming to these places but unfortunately it cant be helped sometimes. One has to basically put in a whole days leave just to run a simple errand! 😡The staff member who helped me was very friendly at least...

WE GOT A CONFIRMATION SMS THAT OUR REGISTERED LETTER SHOULD BE COLLECTED AT BRITS POST OFFICE,, ON ARIVAL WE GAVE GAVE THE LADY OUR REFERENCE NUMBER, SHOWED HER OUR SMS CONFIRMING THAT OUR LETTER IS AVAILABLE AT BRITS POST OFFICE NOW AND CAN BE COLLECTED REQUIRING ONLY AN ID BOOK. SHE REPLIED VERRY RUDELY ONCE AGAIN THAT WE CAN COME BACK IN A WEEK OR SO. MABY.. .. MABY IT WILL BE THERE THEN... AS ACCORDING TO HER THEY DONT HAVE IT. SHE CANT FIND IT. AND THE SMS IS INCORRECT, ALSO THE 1ST SMS RECIEVED BY US INFORMING US THAT THE LETTER IS ON ROUTE TO BRITS POST OFFICE IS ALSO INCORRECT. AND WITH THAT LEFT HER CUBICLE, JUST LEAVING US STANDING THERE. THIS IS SO SAD, BUT HONESTLY NOT EVEN SURPRISED ANYMORE. .!!! HEADS UP TO ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW,, IF THEY SMS YOU TO COLLECT A PACKAGE OF ANY SORT, GIVE IT SOME TIME, LIKE REALY ALLOT OF TIME, ITS MOST PROBABLY NOT EVEN BEEN SENT YET.
