Network of again bad service

Bad service. Ignore calls and e-mails. Need to change Service Providers asap

Worst service!!! Waited 3 weeks for them to do a signal test!!!

Sorry to say that their wireless services are not much of a service. We are paying for a double band but our download speed are almost always below 1Meg. Upload speed always around 3.6Meg - 4Meg. Try as they will, after many complaints and technicians, but there is no improvement.

Internet keeps on going down and when you phone them they dont answer the phone or it gets rejected....not happy

Currently infogrow is my service provider(wifi) and every weekend the server is down and I have no signal.When I finally call them they said that they would look and call me back and they never do.
