Environment was clean, staff was friendly. I appreciated the restaurants adherence to COVID-19 standard. Food took a long time to arrive despite the restaurant capacity was halved. They cater for vegan which I was very impressed about.

Staff efficient and friendly!

Food was initially cold, but they quickly fixed it and returned with warm food. Service was good.

Had a good time here on an outing with the family. They have an indoor play area for the kiddies and the place is nice and safe, so you know your kids wont go missing while you eat, as there are many places to sit where anyone entering or leaving the play area has to walk past you. The overall cleanliness and quality of food was great here and we enjoyed the evening. Staff were all friendly and the wait for our food and drinks was not long at all. If you are a fan of pizza and pasta, you will not be disappointed.

A good place for a great pizza on a Friday night. We stopped there in a very rainy and dark Friday night. Most other places were closed, but we were invited in. The waitress was not very good especially when under pressure as we were in a hurry. But the manager stepped in and the service was excellent from there on. Overall a good dining experience, quick service when we needed it and the pizza was really tasty. The coffee was not the best though.

Lovely family outing, with play area for kiddies. Also they have Vegan options which helps me a lot😁. Vegan mince and Vegan cheese. Kids loved the lucky packet too.

Pizza was not very nice. Waiter was very good in her job. But was the worst pizza i had there. Almost no cheese and no sauce and only one little meat on each slice. Was at menlyn mall last week and had the best pizzas i ever had in my life.

My husband, son and I had lunch at Panarottis on Saturday the 11th of January, service was a bit slow but it was to be expected as it was quite busy. We ordered our food and once it arrived started to dig in as it looked absolutely delicious. My son had the kiddies margherita pizza combo, my husband the chicken schnitzel and I tried the avo del mare. I started eating and then felt my face is burning up and itchy...after inspection I noticed there is pineapple in the seafood cocktail (disguised under seafood sauce) which I am highly allergic to - yet nowhere on the menu does it say pineapple in the dish. I spoke to one of the waitresses who in return called the manager on the floor. He was very kind and apologized immediately, I did not get his name, as I needed medical attention but he removed all our food from our bill and has since phoned to find out how I am and if he could cover my medical costs - they have gone above and beyond...thank you

Unfortunately, very bad quality pizza. Hard dough, not crispy or fresh. Very skimpy filling, allmost no mozzarella. We did not even finish half our pizzas. Very disappointed.

Never again. We where there on Sunday morning for breakfast. We ordered our food. but when it came both my pizza and my wifes pizza where raw, it was send back to the kitchen and the remarks not very nice and the waiter had here badge the wrong way around. The portions are smaller than other restaurants. So never again.
