Pricing is competitive. Building and facilities reasonable. Concern is that there is little or no supervision of the staff fitting tyres in terms of tyre pressure, torquing, etc.

Terrible service

My brother and I took our for a wheel alignment and the service was superb the staff were friendly and helpful. The best part of the waiting experience was the free wifi made time fly by super quick.I give them a rating of three only because unlike the other super quick my brother could not use his e-bucks to pay.

I called in the lady pretend not hear me and hanged up on me, i called thev2nd time, when i spoke English 1st response was Ag! And kept speaking in Afrikaans, she could have easily transferred me to someone who could understand me. Bad service indeed

Thier service was as always very good. I had the wheel alignment of my car set. After a week I took it back as I was not 100% happy with the job done.Without any hassels they checked it again and set it again.No charge. No arguments.

Waited for almost an hour and was then told they cant do wheel alignment - the storeroom was locked. Went next door to Jakes Exhaust and received amazing service there

This time poor service since June 19Even my new tires Utopias tires waaeborg forfeited by poor serviceTook 2 months to finally get tires ordered ... after I drove four more vernier v Harties to Brits to put ordered tires ONFriendly lady trying to make up and bargain good price OP Firestones which was my 2nd choice on which and would get much less miles ... Written quote R2400 approx.Also offered for my free wheel trackingConsidered resettle but when I checked my Bank Statements Bena R3 300 was recovered from my credit cardSo compromised and wanted to leave it there ... but on processing a transaction of R900 more and I have to figure it out on bank statements Skelm is over and I trust as owner does not solve that I and the problems will have to be polos by the Consumer CouncilI also want to step in ... I do not think people answer phone race-basedYour landline has a problem .... and if personnel do not report it you lose your client .... el was persistent because I had a Warburg tire on my UTOPIAS and several gentlemen were killed because people probably could not hear me. ..BUT this is not how to manage problem ... Eliminwer the problem I would suggest... at least there was a lady who knew phone giving problems and then gave her personal cell nr over phone and asked to try it on her pricaar nrSo to the pienaar ... I think you should give a little there todayWhether it was a coincidence that 2 ladies provided the better service ...
