The service is horrible. The staff answers the phone like they are speaking to their friends. They do not have answers to anything either. Will be taking my business elsewhere. 0/5 stars.

The service is not up to standard. The specials are not always available and the staff are more on their cellphone than serving customers.

Good place to shop but when items are on special in the pamphlets, dont bother looking for them. Theyre already sold put and will only be restocked when the specials end. Try a different game for items on sale, and I mean real sale not the trick one where they claim something was some price and now is at this new low price.So when looking for sales, buy what you are used to buying or have seen the prices of it over a period of months looking at the prices.

Clean, air-conditioned for suitable temperature, professional employees for your assistance, covid 19 regulations implemented, almost any house equipments, devises and other tools to talk about, furnishes & so on.

The store retains all the standards, cleanliness and discipline weve expect from the Massmart. The store is well organised and easy to navigate. The shelves were well stock and this was perfect stop for all our forgotten items on 1 January 2019As a shareholder its make me proud to own a part of this company.

Not always someone to help when you need it. Dont always have what i need. Where they sell tvs, they are always helpful. Otherwise not bad.

This shop has so much potential but the service is very poor. I went a few times now where no one is around to help you or does not show any interest in helping. The shop in itself has all you need and is organized.

It was really good place to come for gym stuff from Game Brits on very good prices. Every thing is under one roof. Good place, good people and very good services.

What a waste of time. Everybody in town is complaining about the bad service but nothing is being done. Thats why we all in Brits prefer shopping at another Game store. Mostly in Pretoria.

Store need telephone manners training

Staff needs to learn customer service comes first. Had to walk and as a few staff members to assist in a purchase but they turned there back on me. Made a phone call while i was in the store to the manager. But didn’t seem of much help. So I drove to Makro Wonderpark atleast more service was given at Makro.

The aircon needs a service because the store was very hot

This visit had a surprising outcome. Went to the TV section looking for a wall mounted bracket and a young man assisted me with a big smile. The surprise came when I enquired about another product in another section of the shop and he promptly walked me to the other side of the shop showing me what I was looking for. This is what customer service is about, going the extra mile with a smile. This Game is well stocked and a recommended visit!!

Is always good to shop at Brits Game store, its easy and welcoming.

The staff were unhelpful and pretty useless. The manager fortunately stepped in and served us, I thought he went the extra mile to help us with a very simple purchase. . . A childrens slide. Do away with most of your staff who are little more than hangers on and reward the manager. I know what I am talking about, I employ over a hundred people.

Walked in thinking this is a nice Game. Walked out fuming. Worst service EVER. Staff is useless. Manager is worse. Two hours waiting and our problem still not sorted out. Ended up just storming out.

I was looking for laptop battery unfortunately they do t sell that but the guy I talked to was approachable n had a welcoming face

Everything youd expect from a Game store is all in here, it is big, accommodative with amazing people who are willing to help you with anything... It is such an amazing experience each time you step into one of these stores...

The shop is user friendly and the staff friendly and helpfull.

I go often to Game in Brits especially when they have their sales. The bargains are quite satisfying the only complaint is that you struggle to find personnel that can help you to find what you are looking for. The one will send you to the next and so on. Another complaint is they have a certain amount of pay points but no cashiers so the lines are long which makes you shopping experience irritating. Sorry but it is really the truth.

It is like all other Game Stores, it has all that I need except for LTE routers.

Unfortunately for me the experience was bad. I wanted to buy a bicycle for my son but the guy on the bicycle section was so rude that i left , didnt even buy the bicycle

Still probably the worst Game store I have ever been in. Range of stuur cked items is very poor. Service is abysmal and trying to load something after you have purchased it, is just a joke. Be prepared for a long, long, looong wait. Or just drive to a Pretoria Game and have your items delivered instead.
