Immaculate garden, tastefully decorated, clean and Covid-19 compliant. Breakfast at the Bredasdorp Square, was within walking distance from the guesthouse and delicious. I will definitely be back.

The website is very misleading. Booked a superior queen bedroom but there is nothing superior about it compared to a standard twin.Televisions is outdated,WiFi requests password every 30 minutes.None of the facilities are on site.Indoor pool is in a local gym, outdoor pool was dirty.I am also perplexed how a 4 star hotel doesnt have air conditioning in a superior queen room

We stayed at Firlane House for two nights. Beautiful room with spacious bathroom, excellent breakfast (served in a restaurant, just a short walk from Firlane House), and very helpful staff. Would definately recommend to stay here! Bredasdorp is a good base for various attractions (De Hoop Nature Reserve, Cape Aghulas, ...).

We have stayed at guest houses and hotels all over Europe and have to compliment Tina and her crew for delivering one of the best! We found the staff friendly and an extra special breakfast. At first glance, the house is very nicely decorated and clean.Unfortunately a lot is noticeable at the second glance.The house is very worn out.Doors jam, mattresses are worn out, windows are difficult to close, unfortunately no hair dryer.To name just a few small things. If you can overlook it, it was still a nice stay.For breakfast you have to walk across the street to have breakfast in another inn. That bothers a bit, but the breakfast was so good that it consoles you.The staff was super friendly in both houses.
