1. No answer when you phone. You apply for internet but no stock of routers. The say 3 working days. And the 3 days become 7 days. Why not stock the items that they advertise.So now you cancel the aplication go to Cape Town were you can wait for the aproval and you gou home with your router. This is why you dont do business locally.

Situated in the Pavilion shopping centre. Ample parking. Store signs clearly visible from the outside. Wide entrance. Business hours visible from outside. Look and feel of a typical Vodacom shop. No long que. Ample chairs. Enough staff. Promotions marked. Magazine with deals stack neatly and enough. Friendly and very helpful staff. Store is neat and products displayed in a orderly fashion. Overall a good experience. Will go back.

Looooooooong wait just to do a SIM swap, only 2 people on duty and a queue of 4 with another 2 that walked out after waiting longer than 20 minutes. Slightly ridiculous!

The place to go for new cell phones and contracts. The service are excellant and the staff very friendly. Caroline are the consaltant that are very helpful. Highly recommend this shop.

Terrible service from the Bredasdorp branch, noone answers the phone! how do you comunicate with theses people? drive in evertime? its a joke to say the least and terribly unproffesional

Vodacom Staff in Bredasdorp is lazy and unable to assist with even the most simple tasks.

Caroline is a special manager with tremendous patience with unruly customers.

It is very unprofessional and annoying to phone this branch - Ive been trying to phone them the past two days now -they just NEVER answer the phone and this is an on going problem for the past years now you just never seem to be able to contact them by phone -and we do not all have the time to go in and wait

The staff is friendly and helpful, this branch of Vodacom is busy, so on a regular basis with longer waiting times.You can buy there new phones (cellphones) of the newer generation, but only on order. Due to theft, the smaller branches do without large inventories.

Service is prompt and staff very friendly.
