Wowwww!!!! This is my kinda store i love the fresh veggies and fried hake at the food counter its the best.The coffee counter makes the best cappuccinos and coffee.I always buy grocery here.And staff and managers are always friendly and ready to assistThank you everybody 👍👌💓💕

I had a great visit to checkers, staff were very friendly and helpfull with all my shoping needs.

Excellent modern supermarket, lots of product, very clean and lots of helpful staff. Close to a UK shopping experience, but with lower prices. So it was easy to find everything we needed, despite being visitors. Liked the flow of fresh veg, to meats, to bakers then on into general groceries. Access was also simple, good parking under the solar canopies and the additional outlets lift it to a shopping village feel.

Just went to Checkers Bredasdorp. I gave them a 5 star rating and was raving about them. Just went there now to buy a kilogram of biscuits. I was firstly ignored by the person working at the bakery. When I asked for assistance it was as if I had threatened to kill her. A huge sign and rolling of her eyes. She then threw a handful of biscuits in a bag and told me that was enough.Please can management not employ people who have a desire for the service industry?

Had a horrible experience! The shop closes at 19h00, we were there well before closing time but were refused entry by the security guard. He also refused when we requested to speak to the manager. We called and spoke to the floor manager who at first attempted to give a flimsy excuse for closing earlier but then promised to escalate the issue and revert to us. We stood and waited for half an hour waiting for the response but none was forthcoming. We called again and were asked to wait further for the manager, the same manager who had walked past us and was at that time sitting in front of us having a smoke. We left because it was apparent that no resolution would be reached; she was just disinterested. This was terrible managerial and customer service inefficiency, no excuse!

Convenient and nicely located in Bredasdorp. Ample parking including undercover parking is available. Perfect stop to gather groceries and key items needed for road trip passing through Bredasdorp. Open on weekends too including Sundays.

Today was not the first time that I had a bad experience at Checkers in Bredasdorp. Nobody at weighing stations at the fresh produce. Nobody to help at the bakery. The two ladies at the till made me wait while they caught up on their weekend news. The worst was the managers reaction when I reported this.

They are always understanding of my son that has special needs and tends to run around the entire store. The pharmacy stuff are wonderful and the general staff are always friendly.

Has everything you need, the staff are usually quite good with helping you if you ask them when trying to find something.Produce is quite ok, they do lack a few things here and there but understandable.Overall, great shop and staff!

Although in a relatively small town they stock anything you could expect and more and the coffee is great.

Gluten free and allergy friendly shop. Were able to buy gluten free bread and ready made desert . Slightly less vegan options but sufficient fresh food available.

Best rolls always lots of choices clean friendly staff. Will try to source anything for you. And much larger range of really fresh veg and meat.

I travel to Bredasdorp on business from Pta regularly. This is the best shop in the area in my view. Good quality produce and a wide variety.

The prefered supermarket in Bredasdorp. The staff at the butchery very friendly and helpful. The meat is usually of good quality. The steaks on display at the counter are absolutely delicious. The quality of the bread baked in the shops bakery is unfortunatly not consistant. Sometimes good and other times really inferior.

Eish! Please train your staff. Two people behind the cigarette making one coffee who couldnt serve anyone else. Had similar incidents at other counters - a couldnt care less attitude.

I have just good things to say , ive been in bredasdorp for 18 months and never had any problems, everyone working at checkers has alway been friendly and helpful. Its a real pleasure shopping there .

Very unfriendly staff. Did not feel welcome at all. Cashiers doesnt even greet you. No smiles. Feels like you owe them something. Wont see me again. Cant find anything in store. Very unorganised.

Always a pleasure to visit checkers bredasdorp especially money bank but, always a but lol, there are room for improvement at some tilpoints. A smile cost nothing and please the colour of your skin are not more important than the money customers pay for there groceries. Treat everyone the same.

Great places for shopping. Good management. If need help call manager Zedric that are very helpfull. The shop is very well managed and fully stock with agood selection of products. This shop is highly recommended to do your shopping when on your way to Struisbaai or Arniston for the weakend.
