We recently lost my son in law who always used to take care of the pool requirenments so my daughter and I have needed a crash course in pool maintenance. Our education in these matters have been taken care of by Marlene and Ray at the store in Brakpan have in the last few weeks and they have attended to all our queries and requirenments with knowledge, patience and professionalism

I bought some cemcrete pool paint from them wanting to paint my pool, but after the contractor inspected our pool he indicated that it should be remarblelite. When i asked pool dudez if i will be able to return the 4x 15kg cemcrete pool paint, in original condition, they indicated that it is non returnble, R4000 down the drain. I will not recomment Pool dudez at all, no customer service!

Took well over a month just for them to send out guys to have a look at my pool and quote for a new cover. When I finally received the quote, they were 100% more than another service provider lol. Truly ridiculously bad communication and customer service with even worse pricing..Update 20/08:Thank you for your response.Your pricing does not make sense though. My pool measures 3mx5m.I have been quoted R6930.75 & R5685.61 all inclusive for the pool cover by other reputable service providers whereas your company quoted me R15000.00!!! These businesses also offer longer warranties. Its one thing to be priced slightly higher but to be 100%+ more than your competitors??
