We applied for the renewal of licence on 18 June 2021, the system indicates that the licence has been posted but no sign of it, service has become so bad I dont think we have any hope for this useless country. What does one do if pulled over and the renewed licence is not available. absolutely useless !!!!!!

Unable to contact them to find out if my licence has arrived, service is terrible and the government should be ashamed, the place is worn down and looks disgusting, why is this not being adressed?

Worst experience ever! These people dont communicate, you have to repeat yourself 7 times and they still dont understand, they are rude and they never let you know when your license is ready. Also an absolute waste of time when you book online, they still make you wait with the others that didnt book beforehand and expect you to know everything.

Always busy and fast service

When you get there their system are offline. When you try calling them to check if theyre online before you waste your time and money going there, they NEVER pick up.

I was helped by a guy named Mpho he has no people skills...he just said I should put my head in the eye socket thing.never said what I should do.he just said press there I figured out after a few wrong presses that I should actually indicate on where the E is facing.I had to ask him if I was suppose to do that and he said yes.already the1 one eye has failed because I was not aware on what to do.he gave me a paper and said I should get glasses I was confused and wanted to ask questions but he just stood up and left me there hanging.....

Most disappointed. No system. Wait two hours did not even move. 😤
