They sure dont even deserve 1 star!! My grandma was in this home, she was critIcal ill and i wanst allowed to say goodbye. I stood and cried and begged to see her even if it was just for one second, but they slammed the doors and zandile or zanele even dropped the phone not even 1 time but two times when we spoke to her. The management even threatend to phone the police If we dont leave and i even provided my covid test and was willingly to test again!!!!!! They dont care about your feelings. I had the CHANCE TO SAY GOODBYE 2DAYS AGO AND NOW LAST NIGHT my grandma past and THEY TOOK THAT PRIVALAGE AWAY!! She was also a private pasient and they said we are not allowed to bring our own doctor to treat her! FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE ME IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS PLACE!!

Staff is very friendly and the elderly are very well cared for.i know my mom is in good hands

Very noisy over weekends,load music ,i think the managers of Eventide has no respect or consideration for the old people staying there or in the area,really pathetic!!!😡😡TIME TO CHANGE THE PEOPLE MANAGING THE PLACE!!
